What payment methods do you accept?

We prefer payments to be made with cash or checks, although we are happy to accept payment by credit/debit card as well. Payment is due when the job is completed.

Do you charge a service call fee?

When the total cost of services scheduled for a visit is below $100, a service call fee will be added to bring the total cost up to $100. The service call fee is waived for any visits where the total cost of services is $100 or more.

We recommend bundling less expensive services with other services to get the best deal.

Am I supposed to tip the technician?

Gratuity is appreciated but not expected – the agreed upon price for services is all we expect to be paid.

Do you move pianos?

Piano moving is not a service we provide. We recommend asking local piano retailers if they provide that service; if they don’t, they should know somebody who does.

Do you offer piano lessons?

Teaching is not a service that we currently provide. Local music stores would probably be the best point of contact for finding a piano teacher.
